GreenGyro Business Plan

GreenGyro PowerTech operates centralized Power Hubs, delivering electricity directly to end clients via long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). Partners are responsible for client acquisition, marketing, and payment facilitation, while hub operations, maintenance, and technical management are fully handled by GreenGyro.

This model ensures a simplified, scalable, and secure energy supply system, protecting intellectual property and delivering clean, reliable power efficiently.

1. Indian Channel Partners (State-Wise)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Client Outreach: Actively market GreenGyro electricity to private commercial clients in their designated state.

  • Onboarding & Education: Explain GreenGyro solutions and facilitate PPA sign-ups.

  • Payment Monitoring & Follow-Up: Track client payments; after a 3-month grace period, intervene on GreenGyro’s behalf to secure dues, including legal escalation if necessary.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on leads, client onboarding, and payment status.

Excluded Responsibilities:

  • No responsibility for hub operations, technical maintenance, or energy distribution — all handled centrally by GreenGyro.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Strong network and presence within the state.

  • Financial stability and reliability.

  • Understanding of local commercial and regulatory environment.

Expected Capacity Contribution:

  • Each Indian Channel Partner will represent a centralized hub of approximately 250 MW, serving private commercial clients across the state efficiently.

2. International Collaboration Partners (Country-Wise)

International Collaboration Partners play a strategic and high-impact role in GreenGyro PowerTech’s global expansion. Their responsibilities go beyond marketing to include patenting, government liaison, hub establishment, and partner development.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Patent & Intellectual Property Protection:

    • Secure patents for GreenGyro technology in their country before any deployment.

    • Protect intellectual property from unauthorized replication or manufacturing.

  2. Government Liaison & Hub Establishment:

    • Engage with relevant authorities to obtain approvals for centralized GreenGyro Power Hubs.

    • Understand and comply with local energy regulations, transmission policies, and grid integration requirements.

    • Oversee the setup of hubs to ensure compliance, operational readiness, and direct supply to commercial clients.

  3. Client Acquisition & Power Sale:

    • Market GreenGyro electricity from hubs to private commercial clients within the country.

    • Facilitate PPA sign-ups and ensure smooth client onboarding.

  4. Partner Development:

    • Identify and enable local sub-partners to expand reach within the country.

    • Provide guidance on marketing, client onboarding, and compliance.

  5. Legal Compliance & Monitoring:

    • Monitor unauthorized replication or misuse of GreenGyro technology.

    • Take proactive legal action as necessary to enforce compliance within the country.

Key Distinctions from Indian Channel Partners:

  • Strategic responsibility includes patent filing, government engagement, and hub establishment.

  • Must have deep knowledge of local energy regulations and government policies.

  • Hubs established by International Partners become central points of energy distribution to multiple private clients and partner networks.

Expected Capacity Contribution:

  • Each International Collaboration Partner will represent a centralized hub of significantly higher capacity (proportionally larger than Indian hubs), designed to serve multiple regions within the country and efficiently supply private commercial clients.
